I said the weather is never the same for me when I drive between the two.
But if you wish to claim that it's always the same, and that SWA is making up fables for why their flights are canceled... that's your prerogative.

Sounds like you've already contacted Southwest directly, that's certainly your best bet for any compensation since this is a customer to customer forum.
