Costa Rica

When will flights resume to Costa Rica?  They opened the country back up a month ago with no covid testing required and we are dying to get back down there.  We are aware of the required covid insurance and are happy to abide.

The only information currently available is, "San Jose, Costa Rica; service will not resume before January 2021".  You can find this and info about other international destinations at https://www.southwest.com/Coronavirus/?clk=CORONAVIRUS_TA

@travelgirljen Can you or anyone explain, Covid Insurance, to me.  I've never heard of this.

It appears to simply be travel reinsurance - which you don't need when you travel Southwest

as the worst you'll get is a travel fund and the best being a refund (both for full $ value of your ticket) as long as you cancel your flight at least 10 minutes prior to departure time.

But since you asked:
