Great Customer Service from Customer Relations Executive Dept - Kayla Thompson -

After 2 VERY frustrating weeks dealing with a Southwest induced cancellation and needing a refund, my dealings with Ms. Thompson were SO refreshing and have restored my faith in the Customer Relations Executive Department at Southwest.  I had grown so accustomed to apologies with little action and, in reality, little confidence that anything was ACTUALLY being done.  Ms. Thompson fixed that and has given me confidence that my choice of Southwest as my airline of choice was the right one!
