The Southwest Baggage Services desk at Boston's Logan International has a superstar in agent Katie! I left my tablet computer in the seat pocket on flight into Logan and thought for sure I'd never see it again. A panicked call to Katie was a very pleasant, professional experience for my wife. Katie found the tablet in the lost and found collection, confirmed ownership, added a note to flag my account and gave my wife directions on where to pick up the computer. Katie and the other two agents at the counter when I arrived to retrieve the lost item were so polite and friendly, despite the chaos. Thanks so much for the excellent service with a smile! Love flying SWA 💕
