@jackIN2012

I'm sorry you feel that way. To some their pets are like their kids/family.

Ha. If being a dirty animal should be grounds for revoking permission to fly, then half of the men on earth would be banned from flying.

It is extremely rude to make fellow passengers suffer from dirty animals on a flight.  Such attachment to an animal is childish.

I am so happy to hear that!! I don't feel animals should be allowed on any flight.  I have asthma that is induced by dog dander and have been told way before covid the dog has priority over my disability.  Responsible pet owners should find other accomidations if they want to travel.  Most deseases come from animals.  How is it I have to wear a mask and they don't.  They can also carry COVID

This might be a small step, but something.  Thank you Southwest

All airlines carry pets. It s unlikely that will change.

Therefor it is your responsibility to be prepared.

1) carry appropriate meds with you.

2) tell the flight attendant of you condition and solicit that  person's help in being seated as far as possible from any pets.

If you want to suggest that Southwest stop carrying pets, here's how you can do so:
