Promised a flight change for the same price and then had to pay $200

I changed my flight over the phone because the website wouldn't let me from Cabo back to San Diego.  The person on the phone changed it for the same price and I asked her to check it again a few times and she said I was locked in and it was absolutely correct.  Then I was sent my same old itinerary.  I would expect some accountability for what I was promised verbally.

I will never fly Southwest again if this isn't resolved.

You didn't explain how, why, or when you paid the $200.
