So, to the point being made about airlines not releasing schedule info until it's confirmed, they said back in 2020, they would resume international service no later than January 2021...so...not exactly the case.

Nope. Southwest said not before January 2021. That means sometime after January 2021.

Right. The schedules were clearly unconfirmed when that statement was made because it didn't happen. Does this really matter now? Thanks.

(in other words, "not before January 2021" is not referencing confirmed schedules, as far as I can tell. But - whatever. Let's not parse words about this, and could be semantics or misunderstanding due to the vague language.)
