I spent 79 minutes ON HOLD with music playing and every few seconds interrupted by a computer saying "sorry......'  and I think 'oh here is someone to help me' .....a voice "sorry....."  music " sorry " music" sorry "  because SOUTHWEST screwed up my MY ACCOUNT.   If it was just music, no sorry sorry sorry, I could tell if a live human was there.





i am still on the phone  my timer stopped at 99 minutes.
