I've been waiting for over 3 months to have some travel funds turned in voucher (at a $300 fee, of course) but have yet to receive anything. I've been waiting on the phone for maybe 2-3hrs. over the last couple of days to see what the status is. Anyone have the same issue? Did it eventually come? I've gotten the run around and different answers from different reps, very frustrating. Thanks in advance for anyones help.

I'd suggest sending a follow-up message instead of waiting on hold. Contact Customer Relations
Hopefully you have a case number from the original conversation you can reference.
