flying to Cancun but first and middle names are not matching on ticket and passport

Well, here's a crazy goof.

I am hoping for a happy answer while I wait on the phone with SWA reps.

My SWA ticket as my middle name and first name inverted.

My passport has the correct sequence

The last name is the same.

Flying to Cancun in March 2018.

I looked through the other posts, but nothing specificially addresses first and middle name goofups. I assume it's no worse than first and last name screw ups, but if anyone has advice on this issue, please post and save my sanity!

Southwest should be able to clear it up over the phone. Let us know how it goes.
