Hello, I recently applied for the Customer Service Agent position on 2/23/2023 and have only received 2 emails so far confirming my application was received on 2/23 (1st email) and applications are being reviewed and recruiters will get back to me in 2 weeks on 2/27 (2nd email). I checked my spam/junk folder too but no response yet. I haven’t gotten an email or response since then and its been a little over 3 weeks now. My application status still says, “still in process”. This is also the 2nd time I’ve applied for this position. I applied right when job opening was posted too. Hopefully, there is good News this time around. I would really love to be a part of the SWA team and know I will be a great part of team since I love to Help people ! <333 Is this waiting period normal and what should I expect ?!!! Please any feedback would be helpful.
