So i got hired on January 12  for southwest customer service agent and we did everything on the 12 but I forgot to fill my sterling Aplication for my background check so they send me a friendly reminder to do it on the 16 I haven’t received any email from southwest because I received an email from Sterling saying it done  why is it taking so long ?
