The one thing you need to do is study before you have that virtual interview. They want to see if you know about Southwest, and their mission statement. I applied for Ramp agent, and did my homework before my interview. Will give more details soon!

I applied for Ops agent and they asked me in both interviews what I thought an Ops agent does. They didn't ask me much in the way of the history or mission statement. I did do my homework though, just in case.

I was asked what I know, and told them I did my homework. She did want to know if I looked up anything on SWA. Now it's just the waiting game, I need to do my background check!
