Benefits for local commuters?

Can anyone tell me if SWA offers a benefit/discount for local commuting expenses, light rail pass, car pool etc. I'm trying to compare driving (tolls) plus parking (I believe it's around $38 a month in the employee lot) vs taking the light rail into DEN (DIA) specifically. Thanks!

So for us in OAK they offer discounts for bart which is are rail transportation. But I was told once you get your badge u can apply for the discount.
