CSR Training? Received offer but no follow up.

My name is Michael I received a contingent offer for a customer service representative position 2 weeks ago. Since that initial email I have not received a follow up for fingerprints, drug test or anything of that sort at all. I've sent a couple emails over the past week but only received one reply which said that things were behind. However during the interview I was told that training would start on November 15th. Now it's the Friday before training is supposed to start and I have not received any information about training either. I am hoping for some clarity about what happens next because I'm not sure if this is a problem specific to me or if maybe training is getting pushed back or multiple training sessions are happening and I can just attend a different one? Any information really would be greatly appreciated!
