Good day can I apply for a flight attendant position if I am not a US citizen, but have a 5 year travel visa to travel in and out of the US

I believe a travel visa does not allow you to work, you would be required to get a work visa instead. You can read more about employment with a visa here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/employment.html

If you look on the Southwest careers page (https://careers.southwestair.com/) you can click on any of the open job descriptions to see the requirements.  This is the wording you'll usually see for work authrization:

"Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986"
