I second what @franktravel said about checking the Southwest Careers page every day. In fact, I would recommend checking it several times a day if you have the time. Jobs at MDW tend to be very popular and are usually only posted for a day or two before they are unposted. It would behoove you to be one of the first candidates to apply.
