Confusing Application Status

Hello,

I was just wondering what it meant for an application to show "Closed Complete" with the withdraw button still showing, after a f2f interview. 

Any insight would be great.

I've never applied to work at Southwest but there are other forums where this is discussed, this one is the most concise.  You can also search for "closed complete" and you'll find the other discussion threads.

It looks like the official answer listed in some of the other discussions is that this is a normal status in the application process.  If you are selected to move forward, someone from the SW Recruiting Team will reach out to you either through phone or email.
