Costumer service remote position

I applied for the costumer service remote position I had my phone interview & then I had my virtual interview & at the end of that interview one of the women said we would know by that night if we were chosen to move forward & go to Dallas or not . I never received anything which I was so upset about thinking I didn’t get the offer .. but when I check my dashboard it says my application is “in process” so does that mean I may still have a chance at this position ?

I would say… yes?  That means you still may have an opportunity. My advice is to be patient and remain positive.
