As a new applicant, a covid vaccination form was emailed to me,however, I didn't think I received it.
I did see it it in my email "spam" and it was a time sensitive form.
How do I request another sent to me so I don't get eliminated from the process?
I am fully vaccinated and attached a copy to my profile.
