Hey, the hiring process is all different for everyone. As for me, I applied on 10/18 and got an interview on 10/25. I sign my CJO 2/6 and then await the background and fingerprint process etc. Patience is definitely KEY!!! SW WILL be sure to make contact with any information. Be sure to always check your email, spam and junk folder too.
It’s important to remember that the process is VERY long. Do what’s right for you if you need to apply to other companies, but remember the main reason why you applied to SW… it’s the company culture.
