Hi! I applied for the Customer Service Agent position on January 28th and on the 31st i received a email saying I should get a update by February 17th , but I still have not heard anything, are they not hiring for that position anymore or are applications still being reviewed?

I believe they will tell you. I got my denial letters for both of them, so pretty sure they will let you know
