Customer service agent NY - Albany

I applied in March 2022 for a CSA job in Albany, NY and I got an email stating that the job posting is closed and it would be 2 weeks before the applicants heard anything. I logged into the dashboard for the job and it says application submitted. 

Will the applicants hear before the 2 week period or how will that work?
