Dashboard issue

New Arrival

Hello, all!

My "received" application status seems to have disappeared in my profile.  In fact, all previous jobs I have applied -- including "closed" status --for in 2019 are all missing.  It's as if I have never applied at all.

 

My profile is still up-to-date, showing my resume and all other information about me.

 

Does it refresh every new year?  Has this happened to anyone else?

 

Thanks for helping me with my Dashboard conundrum.

I would send an email to swapeople@wnco.com and maybe they can look and see what is going on with your application(s) and dashboard.

Hi @azwright336,

 

There are actually many different "dashboards" depending on the category of the job for which you are applying. We recommend returning to the original email you received upon applying and clicking that link to access the correct dashboard for these roles.
