I applied for the aircraft technician position in Denver and received an email that I I don’t meet the minimum requirements. The only requirement I can see that I don’t meet is that I’m not a current resident of Colorado. Why is this a requirement? I used to live there and am trying to return.

Possibly there were other applicants who could check all of the boxes with the requirements? Sorry to hear you did not get passed onto the next round.

I believe it automatically kicks out your application if your home address isn't located in the specified state. I would reach out to a recruiter and mention that you are in the process of moving back.
