Recently I received an email from Southwest Airlines which I will attach below. I wanted to make sure this came from a Southwest and confirm this is one of the steps to get into the program.


I know there is a $200.00 fee for the aptitude assessment, but I just wanted to make sure this is what I should have received before making payment.

Call Southwest directly and ask the date and invoice number to verify that they actually sent this.
