Does this job exist within Southwest Airlines?

I have been a corporate trainer for 2 years with a backgrond in education. 

I am wondering if there are any jobs within the Internship program or corporate training (including instructional design). 

I realize the current jobs are posted, but I'm wondering if these jobs exist somewhere within the company. My dream is to work for Southwest Airlines. I travel 2x per week via SWA for work, and I love everything aviation. Where can I set a job alert?
