After nearly 30 years in the retail and wholesale management industry, I decided to give it all up and become a flight attendant. Best decision I’ve made yet! I love Skywest, but want more! Something long term....... My talents as a manager, buyer, designer, and sales associate has made me extremely versatile. As customer service has always been my top priority, it is also very valuable asset to have as flight crew. I truly believe that my emotional intelligence helps me understand the needs of my customers. I have strong leadership skills, have the drive to motivate, and I am capable of staying calm in an emergency. I have been trained to use all emergency equipment onboard the aircraft, have continuing education to insure that I am up to date, and knowledgeable of all FAA requirements. I’ve always loved helping others, traveling, earning about new cultures and languages. The airline industry has combined everything that I have always enjoyed, all in one. I am resourceful and adaptable, work well independently or with others. I am dedicated to my work, always try to go above and beyond what is expected of me. I’m not afraid to try new things and can change with the needs of the business or the weather.
