Hello! I have recently created a Southwest airlines profile, where i uploaded my resume and information, however I just realized I entered the wrong info for one of the questions. How can I edit this? Or do I have to create a new profile?
This may not be exactly the same as Southwest.com, but on Southwest you go to My Account > Profile > Login & Security. You can edit your Security Questions and Answers there for your standard account. See if there is anything similar on the account you are viewing.
