I was called an offer a job but the offer letter was sent to the wrong email, who do I contact? The recruiter said to email the administrator but I don’t know who that is

I tried to submit my application but it kept saying error , I Tried to do it again it went through but I didn’t get a email or anything saying it went through I just want a fair chance on the potential position at southwest.
