Is there a tab to open to see your emails from SWA on the dashboard?

I'm unaware of one - maybe try reaching out from a new email, confirm your identity, and the CS team can assist then.

On the dashboard, unfortunately not.
Also, I can't think of any other way to get emails back unless going through your email trash can and seeing if they are there. Gmail holds onto them for 30 days.
