Hey @ShellyV ! I would imagine it would be during our onboarding. I'm still waiting for my onboarding emails to come. Did you get any emails yet from them?

 I can't. I'm not given that option to message you. 

I got one email that had me initial a bunch of stuff. But I thought I'd get something more.

@ShellyV  I totally get that! I was thinking the same thing. I guess we just need to get into the system first.. lol.. I just don't have the patience right now... 😀

Actually, you can send a message here. 

Click on the username of the person you want to contact.

Right side near the top of the next screen you'll the words "send a message." Just click on it
