Im looking a applying for the Destination 225 cadet program and I can't find any info regarding reduced cost if you enter with your Private Pilots License. Do you have to begin your training for the very beginning? If anyone has the answers that would be great, if not I will reach out to CAE and Southwest.

From https://careers.southwestair.com/D225Cadet
"The Cadet pathway is designed for someone without previous flight experience, so prior flight time does not provide any advantages during the application process or reduce the cost of training."
It appears that the program is intended for people without a license, or any flying experience for that matter, but having experience does not disquilfy someone. Good luck!
