F2F interview

At the f2f interview, is it okay to read my notes that I prepared?  (notes about the company, situational question, etc) Or is it better to memorize everything?  I get nervous at interviews and I'll know I'll forget what to say no matter how many times i rehearse.  What do you all think?

I think it's alright to take notes. There was a woman at the interview who was also interviewing that brought her notepad to jot down notes. I didn't. Are you interviewing for Phoenix call center?
