Question… a currently certified FA working for one of the Big 3 legacy carriers (remaining nameless)… interested in switching to Southwest & applying for next round of hiring… if offer was made, would the entire FA training be required from “Day 1 till the end” (and everything in between), or is there any possibility for un-required sessions based off evaluated experience (case by case)? Thanks!

I'm almost certain you'll have to redo everything. I assume it's all training regulated by the FAA. There is no getting around the FAA. Lol.
