Flight Attendant Job Application For Non-Residents

Hello,

I would like to apply for flight attendant job at Southwest Airlines but I locate outside of USA. If I get accepted for the job I will plan to move to USA.

Can I apply for that position? or Do I have to be a USA-resident ?
