Hey everyone! Happy to have signed up on this community to have more insight on Southwest. I had a quick question:
Is Southwest hiring process “faster” during the holiday season? I applied to a ramp agent position at SNA Orange County about a month ago and have not heard anything yet. My candidate portal still shows my application as in process. Does it normally take this long to hear anything back?
