I didn’t wait at all to complete each step. Had my resume/ references updated. I took the first appointments available for fingerprints/ drug testing. I also uploaded my vaccine card immediately. Besides the resume, none of it helped me get the job, but it definitely sped up the process. This is such an amazing opportunity, I wanted all of my ducks in a row.
