How can i join from another country

Hey guys. I'm 25 from Jamaica currently in flight school.. How can I get a job with you guys either here in Jamaica or there in the US? I have a us visa already although a work on would be needed

We love to hear that you are pursuing a career in aviation through flight school, and are honored that you want to work with us! Although we are growing our operation in the Caribbean, we aren't currently hiring in Jamaica. However, we encourage you to apply to any job with us in which you meet the minimum qualifications, which does include the authorization to work in the US without restrictions.
