I haven’t heard back after background and drug screening

I received a contingent offer one day after my f2f interview, on December 17th did  drug testing and fingerprints December 19th. I received an email saying correcting the offered SWA originally offered. Hopefully it won't take months though! I am very excited and anxious. How long should it take because if I remember correctly I believe training in Houston,TX for Customer Service Representative starts sometime this month?
