I received an email to take a survey saying that I withdrew from a position. That never happened, I never heard anything back from SW, and when I check the status, it now says "Closed Complete". I attempted to call, but they advised that I should reply to the email I received. I then received an email stating that my message would not be received, as the mailbox is not monitored. I just want to be added back to the running of interested applicants. Please help
