Interview after resigning

I currently have a interview for southwest coming up next Monday. my only concern is that I was a former ramp agent and I had even put in there that I am a former SWA employee and the interview is for a ops agent but a few weeks ago they had sent me a former SWA employee form. Should I be ok

The airline would not have sent a "former SWA employee" form if you are not eligible for rehire.
