I turned in an application online a few days ago. Only thing is that I did not submit the resume with it, but they emailed me back a requisition number. Did my application go through?

I submitted an application for customer service and was asked if you had been interviewed before and I said yes. However, it was a phone interview. Now when I check my dashboard it says closed/complete. Does that mean I’m disqualified?

@cwidmark unfortunately, you are correct. Closed/complete means that you will not be moving forward in the interview process.
Dont give up hope, and reapply in a year.
