I turned in an application online a few days ago. Only thing is that I did not submit the resume with it, but they emailed me back a requisition number. Did my application go through?

@Jenny59  it sounds like your application was successfuly submitted, however does not guarantee you will be contacted. Check out the FAQ section on SWA careers for any other questions you might have.

I submitted an application for customer service and was asked if you had been interviewed before and I said yes. However, it was a phone interview. Now when I check my dashboard it says closed/complete. Does that mean I’m disqualified?

@cwidmark  unfortunately, you are correct. Closed/complete means that you will not be moving forward in the interview process. 

Dont give up hope, and reapply in a year.
