Job req tied to my careers account

Hi Southwest HR!

 

I recently applied for a job here on your careers site, I applied without logging in and at the completion of the application I got an option to either create an account or login to my account. When I logged in I saw that  in my job applications I didn't see the job I applied for. Would I have to apply again or is there a way to attach the job I applied for to my career profile?

I had the same problem a few weeks ago and wasn’t sure if my application was received. However, I received a confirmation email thanking me for my application so I knew it went through.

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your application! 

If you revisit the confirmation email you received when applying, there should be a link to create a Candidate Profile. Open that link, and provide your login information. That should associate your new application with your pre-existing Candidate Profile!

Thank you so much for the reply. I never got a email. Only when completing the job app it stated I applied.

Sorry for the confusion there! 

 

I took a look, and, because your application did not meet the initial qualification requirements, your application was removed from the process. So, an email with the link to create/login to your Candidate Home wasn't provided, but an email with the update of your application being removed from the process was sent instead.
