How long does it take to get a status report or any type of response on  a postiion in which you have applied for?

This will vary depending on the position for which you applied. If you applied to be a Flight Attendant, the wait period is typically longer due to the overwhelming interest in the role. You can find more information by clicking the "Spoiler" tag on the first page of this post.
