I’m thrilled that you're interested in taking your career to new heights with Southwest! Whether you know our brand through our award-winning email marketing program, our Rapid Rewards Member communications, or our website and mobile app experiences, I’m excited to share more about the Marketing-focused Teams that bring these communications to life. You’re invited to join us on Tuesday, April 19, at noon CT for our Career Connections webinar. Guests include Employees from our Campaign Development and Web Content Management Teams, which both have job opportunities available. During the webinar, we’ll dive into these Teams further and their singular goal—delivering relevant, personalized, and compelling content to our Customers across our owned digital channels. In the meantime, we’re highlighting some core responsibilities for each Team:

 

Campaign Development

  • Partner with Strategy, Audience, Design, and Analytics Teams to bring 1:1 communications to life;
  • Build and deliver best-in-class email, push notifications, in app messages, and SMS messages to our Customers;
  • Utilize a mix of HTML and JavaScript to craft workflows and 1:1 communications that drive revenue;
  • Work within a variety of tools such as Adobe Campaign, Movable Ink, Validity, and more.

 

Web Content Management

  • Partner with Strategy, User Experience, Technology, Design, Testing, and Analytics Teams to bring web content to life;
  • Build, schedule, and deploy web and app content that drives revenue, increases Customer loyalty, and optimizes our digital experience;
  • Utilize a mix of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js to keep our digital channels up to date with the latest content and promotions;
  • Work within a variety of tools such as TeamSite (Interwoven), Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and more.
