With regard to the letters of recommendation for my Southwest profile, Is there a specific person that my letters should be addressed to?

Hi, @Bandy,

There is no specific protocol that we follow in regards to addressing a letter of recommendation. I would recommend something along the lines of "Southwest Hiring Team." Best of luck!

If you are chosen to come to our Headquarters for an in-person interview, you will bring those Letters of Recommendation when you come.
