I was one of the lucky 29,000 to get in on the Customer Service position last week. The issue is that my resume wouldn't load. Is there a way to add it now or somewhere I can email it?

I was not able to upload one at the time of the application either. But a few days later, I received a link to upload my resume inside the email to set up my phone interview. Hopefully you'll be receiving the same. Good Luck!

You should be getting an email with instructions on how to upload it soon! They will be reaching out to the other thousands that weren't able to upload resumes also, so it may take some time. I remember manually entering mine on my profile via my dashboard. Have you tried that?
