My Virtual Interview EXP

My virtual interview was AWESOME! My recruiter and manager were easy going and made me feel wanted in the call and kept me well intrigued! We had a slight change and eventually turned into a “phone interview” because the lack of my microphone reception wasn’t clear on their side. (So reminder to keep a pen and paper nearby!) I ended up calling his office phone.

They asked me a couple of questions on my history, why and also what was my end result with southwest.

We’ve talked about my work experience and education, as well as company and job description.

For anyone feeling nervous, keep your resume memorized or by hand is best practice. Eat a good breakfast morning of and keep a pen and notebook paper by just in case any mishaps. You’ll be fine!
This is my first step in the process of getting hired into the position of a full time Material Specialist. Wish me luck on my career, and soon will keep you updated and if there is any questions let me know!

As I wish you all the best on your end!

Aloha

@CatherineB

Hello CatherineB. I’m not sure what part of VA you are in but I know for a fact SWA Dulles station is hiring for CSA and possibly ramp positions. I would assume company wide they have openings in Richmond as well as Regan (DCA). It can be very hard to find these positions, an employee actually came across my opening. If I can figure out how to link you I will come back here and add. But maybe this can give you a starting point.

No problem!! I appreciate you replying to my post! I just hope I can help others with my experience and other people such as the another reply that just was posted about a position in VA. If the shoe fits... I'm sure there will be more opportunities these upcoming dates

I wish you the best!

I am still not able to find where to find those positions at. Do I look on the southwest career page? I am looking for remote WFH jobs. Thanks once again.
