No email follow up after scheduling virtual interview

I received an email last week inviting me to schedule a virtual interview for the Ramp Agent position at Will Roger’s World Airport. I scheduled the interview for today at 8:30 and was brought to a screen that says “ESCALATED You will receive an email shortly. No further action is needed from you.” Although after this I have received no further contact about a failure to schedule or a confirmation email. Is there a way to confirm whether or not the interview was successfully scheduled?

Just follow the instructions in the first letter. If you were given instruction on how to contact the recruiter, just do as instructed.

Lots of SW hiring is up in the air at the moment. I suspect that escalated means paused, but that's just my opinion.
